Two important factors when you convey information

Some people say only if you can communicate conversation there is no problem. Yes, it’s somehow true when you have very basic conversations like buying some things at a shop. Visual information will cover your expression like pointing at the item you want. But when it comes to a very complicated matter with no help of visual information, you lose your standing feet.
